Able to receive an appointment very quickly. Was greeted with friendly courteous service department employees. Pickup service was started on time, completed quickly. I rate the service top notch. Was explained about all work done and results found, and the charge amount. I really do appreciate the service department. I feel like my patronage is appreciated there.
The service techs are no 1 in my views, they take care of vehicle and let you know what the cost is and about how long to fix it. They fixed my a/c there days after I had my oil change, and tire rotation done. The part had to be ordered. Would recommend the service department staff to anyone looking for good service and friendly people.

Both Jeff Nelson and Matthew Longoria are true professionals. Jeff took the time to understand my vehicle needs, wants, and desires. Jeff was truly outstanding throughout the ordering process. He kept me up to date every week til receipt of vehicle. Matthew Longoria is definitely in a league of his own. Matthew took the time to fully understand the issues with the new pickup. Matthew kept me posted on all actions and findings. Matthew recommended bringing the pickup back, and dropping it off to allow him ample time to find the cause of the issue.
Purchasing a vehicle via the internet is was the biggest purchase most will make. I spent about 6 months looking and was concerned about the possible issues associated with a purchase of this size. I have purchased several used vehicles off dealer lots and still ended up with a surprise or two with the vehicle. I have been surprised in a good way. I’ve always had excellent & friendly service. They met me as I pulled up. Discussed my issue, they were able to get in right then. My issue was minor so my wait time was minimal. Good communication during and after the work.
I have a 2021 Ram 2500 that had a transmission problem. I called my salesman Isaac at the dealership and within an 1.25 hours he had a replacement truck for me to drive and another driver with a trailer to get my truck back to their dealership. I know 1.25 hours is a long time but my truck broke down 65 miles from the dealership. The service department kept me informed daily on the status of the repair on my vehicle which was plus. This is my second purchase from these guys Jeff is one kind of salesman that will go out and beyond to get the vehicle you're looking for. Was very helpful with what I needed. I had a recall on my car. I was talking to the salesman about my oil. I had asked if I bought my car from the dealership would I have oil changes for 19.95. He said yes ma’am. I told him they had stopped honoring that with me two years ago

I called them at 5:50 pm, 10 minutes before they closed on a Friday night. Kathryn answered the phone. I told her I own a hotshot company and I had just blew the engine in my truck and I needed a new one ASAP. Well, with the current truck shortage she didn’t have any in the lot…but she searched for more than two hours after they closed and found me a truck. I bought it over the phone. When we all finally met they were just great down home people. I high recommend this dealership!
Zack in the service department was very courteous and friendly. He set my appointment date up and made sure everything ran smooth. He let me know that he checked for any recalls and that our Jeep was ready to go.
Great service, they were able to get me in with no appointment and get my truck's issues checked out with minimal wait time. The only reason I gave a 4 on "quality of repair" is because my truck needed some refrigerant and their vac system was down and unable to recharge my compressor.
These folks went well above and beyond any service I’ve ever had when buying a vehicle. Everyone there treated my family and I as if we were a part of theirs. Chris was very knowledgeable with the car that I brought, he answered all my questions that I had. He was also very through and spent close to an hour giving me tips on some of the features with the car. He was very helpful throughout the entire process.

The whole crew at Blake Fulenwidwider were amazing. They are a lively bunch that kept me entertained during the wait for the financials. They gave me 5 grand more for my trade than I was offered at another dealership. They made me feel comfortable about my decisions and answered all of my questions. My salesman, Wesley, is very knowledgeable and down to earth. I didn't feel like they were out to take advantage of me a girl car shopping alone as had been my previous experience at other dealerships. Everyone was courteous and helpful. We got a great deal. Due to the rain the day of purchase the car wasn't able to be detailed but they told me to come back the next week and they would detail it for me. I did, and everything was great.

Had a recall on my Ram 1500. Another Dodge house was about 35 days out before they could get to it. I called Blake Fulenwider, 24 hours later they had the part. I took my truck in after they called and had the part and was back out in 20 minutes. Great service!!!!

I love my new Ram 2500, except for the AM radio. Radio station WBAP 820 picks up engine noise and I have been told that Chrysler has no fix for it. I would appreciate Chrysler Corporation investigating this and providing a fix.
The service department staff was very friendly and helpful. I personally felt they made fixing my vehicle quickly a priority. I was told it could take a few hours so they placed me in a loaner car so me and my infant daughter didn’t have to stay sitting up there. I have used Fulenwider for service across all of my fleet trucks for a couple of years now. I am plagued here locally with service dept out 6-8 weeks or more and the team at Fuldenwider always gets me taken care of promptly. Everything from simple recalls, PM's and major repairs they communicate effectively to let you know whats going on and never leave you in the dark. Service repairs are generally complete in 3-5 days or less!

I had an issue with "Check Engine Light". The service advisors set up an early morning appointment for my vehicle, delivered me back to the office so I didn't have to miss any work, and my car was ready to pick up by lunchtime. The employees are always very helpful and courteous.
Took 2014 Ram 2500 in for repairs due to two recall notices. Was told they would work it in, but they got right on it and had it finished in just a few hours. Very pleased with efficient and quality service.

I was getting an inspection sticker. They started at my appointment time. I don't believe I was there 30 minutes. Great Service. Explanation of what needs to be done in the future (tires are ok right now but will need to be replaced in the near future). I asked if they had the tires there. " If they don't, they can sure be ordered when I am ready to get them replace."

Eastland Fulenwider service department took care of our 300C and had it completed in record time. They updated us as the work was progressing, even taking care of having it towed for us when the online Chrysler was being difficult.
